Do I need technical training?
No. At its simplest, your tech runs the scan just like today and pastes the scanner's link — we read the data, compute the score, and sign. And when you want to step it up, the SOHpro app guides your tech step by step to log the full service, auditable photos included. It's no extra work and no training: it replaces the manual process with a cleaner one and sets you apart from the market — while the customer waits, they follow their service live from their phone, a premium experience of the kind usually only the big brands give. Optional, and it's part of the package.
Can the inspection checklist adapt to my process?

How much time does it add per visit?
About 2 minutes. Paste the scanner link and fill in the visit sheet — the report compiles itself. It doesn't change your workflow.
What support do I have if something fails with the customer there?
The flow is simple — your tech pastes the scanner link and the report compiles itself — so it rarely stalls with the customer in front of you. Email support during business hours is included in the monthly fee, and so is initial onboarding. And if something doesn't read cleanly, the report flags it: it never publishes a doubtful number without saying so.
What exactly does my customer see?
More than you'd expect. While the car is in the bay, your customer follows the visit live from their phone: the checklist progress, the photos of each point, and the battery readings in near real time. When it closes they get the report — if it's their first visit, an audit view with the SOHpro Score, the health grade and the integrity checks; if the car already has history, a view with the degradation trajectory and the forward projection. And it all lives on the car's EV passport — anchored to the VIN, co-signed by your dealership, with your Importer Seal at the top — that travels with the car through every resale. Does my customer actually care?
It's every used-EV buyer's #1 question: “how's the battery?” Right now no one answers it with proof. The dealership that shows up with a co-signed report closes faster and at a better price — and the owner who already bought comes back for service to keep building history.
My name goes on the report. How solid is the score?
That's exactly why we don't invent anything: the SOHpro Score is computed from the scan output you already run, with chemistry-aware models and bands verified against public literature — all auditable on /datos. You co-sign what your own scanner measured, presented clearly: it's not an official certification and doesn't replace a diagnosis — it's your equipment's reading, organized and explained. And every VIN that comes back for a second visit feeds a calibration record we keep, to sharpen the model against real-world data. Your brand is backed, not exposed.
What if I sell a brand or model you haven't mapped?
We scan most of the vehicles on the EV market and add more every day, keeping up with what's actually being sold. When a model is verified, we use its real chemistry and specs; when it isn't yet, we tell you — we mark it estimated — and the score is still computed from what your scanner measured, without inventing what we don't know. If a metric depends on data we don't have, it's skipped with an explanation — we never show you a misleading number. Tell us the brands you sell most and we prioritize them.
What does it cost for my dealership?
SOHpro is a service: a monthly platform fee that includes a volume of reports, plus a one-time per-VIN license for your Importer Seal. No setup or onboarding cost — onboarding is included — and pricing scales with volume, with discounts sized to your operation (we set it in onboarding). No lock-in and no exit penalty: leave any time with 90 days' notice. And the per-VIN license doesn't have to be your cost: you decide whether to absorb it or pass it to the buyer, who usually pays happily for a verified battery — the co-signed report closes sales faster and at a better price.
What happens when my customer sells the EV?
The EV passport transfers automatically to the new owner when they claim the VIN. Your Importer Seal stays — permanently — at the top of the EV passport.
Who owns the customer's data?
The vehicle owner. The EV passport lives in the VIN and transfers with the car. Your dealership co-signs each visit; no one else sees the customer's data without their permission.
What if I stop being a partner — do I lose my history?
No. Leave any time with 90 days' notice, no penalty, and you take everything with you: you can export your raw scans and download a certified passport PDF for every VIN you originated — free, during the agreement and for 180 days after. Your Importer Seal on those cars stays forever. We don't lock you to the platform: your history is yours.
You're a young company. What if SOHpro shuts down in a few years?
It's the right question, and that's why it's written into the contract. You're not betting on us surviving: the passport is data anchored to the VIN, not a subscription. If we ever wound down, you get at least 90 days' notice, you keep the export of all your scans and the certified PDF of every passport you originated, and the records issued stay yours. Your information doesn't live only on our platform — it lives with you.
Does it work if I only do maintenance and don't sell cars?
Yes. Every maintenance adds a verified visit to the EV's history. You don't need to sell cars — the EV passport builds with each service you log.
Why join now instead of waiting?
Because the first partner in each market gets the founding rate: a locked launch price, and capped increases after that. Later partners pay market rate. It's not territorial exclusivity — others can join — but the founding rate is yours for getting there first. And there's something no one can take from you: every EV you seal today carries your Importer Seal at the top of its passport forever, even if the customer resells it or takes it to another shop. Whoever joins next year can't seal the cars you already sealed. Moving first builds a lead that doesn't erase.
